Rupak Taal is a 7 beat rhythm cycle in Indian classical music (7/4 time signature in western) and Deepchandi is a 14 beat rhythm cycle (14/4 time signature in western)
There are a few songs in either of these time signatures, but this list has the most recent and the most popular songs. Also I have kept one list for both because both have the same base of 7 or 14.
Intentionally, this list has latest bollywood songs and not old bollywood songs, though there are many old bollywood songs in 7 or 14 beats.

1. Hone Do Battiyan
From the movie Fitoor (2016). Music director: Amit Trivedi. It has two singers Nandini Srikar and Zeb Bangash. Zeb is a very popular singer from Pakistan. Katrina Kaif's name is the movie is firdaus (means 'heaven'). This songs opens with an instrument that sounds like a rubab and everything about the song is perfect - the feel, the singing, the melody, the lyrics, the longing.
2. Sooha Saha
AR Rahman has completed 25 years in the bollywood industry but as far I know, he has made only 3 songs in either 7 or 14 beats. Sooha Saha is the first one sung by Alia Bhatt and guess who, Zeb Bangash again. This is from the movie Highway (2014).
3. Re Bawree
This one is a wonderful example of how to make great music. This is from the hindi movie Taish (2020) and it is one heck of a song where one can miss the beat if not keeping a proper count. This does not follow either the classic rupak (3+2+2) template or the Deepchandi (3+4+3+4) template. Rather it sounds like a modified rupak (3+4) structure. 4. Tu Kuja Man Kuja
This is Rahman's second song in 7 or 14, and again from the movie Highway (2014). Sung by the exceptionally talented Sunidhi Chauhan, she is one of the very few singers who bring the 'feel' into any song with her singing.
5. Abhi mujh me kahin
This is masterpiece. Movie: agneepath (2012), music by ajay atul and sung by the champion sonu nigam. The entire arrangement and orchestration, especially the violins, fits so well into the situation in the movie and brings out the right emotions in the listener.
6. Jane Nahi Denge Tujhe
This one is from the movie 3 idiots (2009). Sung by sonu nigam. From the composer writer duo of Shantanu Moitra and Swanand Kirkire.
7. Maula Mere Le le meri jan
This masterpiece is from Music directors Salim Sulaiman. This song is the entire movie condensed in 5 mins, and poetically/musically tells the story of Coach Kabir Khan. Movie: Chak de India (2007). This song expresses one's unbreakable/unshakeable belief in the almighty even after the belief is severely put to test. "pher le tu chahe nazrein chahe chura le, laut ke aaega tu shart laga le". No song in the history of bollywood expresses this feeling better. Also, no one apart from King Khan could have played Kabir Khan.

8. Bawra man
From the movie Hazaron khwahishen aisi (2005). Both the movie and the song are cult classics. Again,from the music director-writer duo of Shantanu Moitra and Swanand Kirkire. This one is also sung by Swanand Kirkire, his debut as a singer.
9. Bhagwan hai kahan re tu
This one is from movie the PK (2014). Sung by the champion Sonu Nigam. Third song in this list from the composer-writer duo of Shantanu Moitra and Swanand Kirkire

10. Pani Ravi Da
This is a punjabi song sung by Neha Bhasin, I think she is the most underrated singer in bollywood. The skill and feel that she brings into her songs is unmatched. She won the Punjabi Filmfare for this song. From the film Lahoriye (2017)
11. Piya tose naina lage re
This song is not recent - but i could not have not included one song by Lata Mangeshkar. From the movie Guide. Lata Mangeshkar has killed it. No one, I repeat, no one can ever do what Lata Mangeshkar has done, ever.
12. Manmarziyan
Form the movie Lootera (2013). Music Director Amit Trivedi and sung by a singer who has a very unique voice, Shilpa Rao
13. Ye hosla kaise jhuke
From the movie Dor (2006). Music directors Salim Sulaiman. Sung by Shafqat Amanat Ali, his pronunciation of Hindi/Urdu is impeccable and better than most singers of our times. This is one of the go to songs when in difficult times.
14. Jaane De
Soulful number sung by Atif Aslam. From the movie Qarib Qarib Single. Composer Vishal Mishra.
15. Laadki
This is a coke studio like song sung by Rekha Bharadwaj. Composer duo - Sachin Jigar. Movie Angrezi Medium (2020).
16. Bairiyaa
From the movie Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013). Sung by the gifted duo of Shreya Ghoshal and Atif Aslam. Composer duo - Sachin Jigar
17. Mohbhang
A song in the web series Aspirants (2021) by TVF. Singer Parul Mishra.
